4 pm - wrist and hand pain, took 600 mg of ibuprofen to manage it, no cleaning done today

Afternoon - minor pain, achy wrists, no medication taken

Evening - Very painful left hand and wrist joints, left thumb -- extra cleaning done today, lots of scrubbing. 600 mg of ibuprofen taken , right wrist very painful, no particular swelling noted, but veins on wrist swollen

Wednesday evening - significant pain, took 3 ibuprofen. Both wrists, both ankles, and index finger joints were painful, slightly swollen. Veins around each painful joint area, larger and swollen.

Thursday morning - wrists low pain, middle left finger first joint- sore but not swollen
