august 23, medical notes

Noticed over the last week, wrist joint pain in late afternoons, had to take ibuprofen (aug 22) for pain. Exhaustion(aug 23), back pain, noticing face mask present more often, more hair loss than previously.

Smiled - 3 months, 1 week

rolled over stomach to back - 4 months

chewing on fists - 3 and 1/2 months

Cooing - 3 months, 2 week

Memory loss. Completely blanked out information, that I have had memorized for years. Headache.
