Supper - 1 cup spaghetti with meat sauce (9), two small chunks of french bread (4) - 13

Total - 36 points

Lunch - Tuna fish sandwish, 1 can tuna with 2 tbsp miracle whip(5), 2 slices whole wheat bread (3), lettuce (0)

Supper - Taco salad, Taco meat (5 pts), 1/4 cup cheese (3), 13 chips (3 pts), lettuce - 0 points - 11 total

Extra nibble snacking - 1 pt

Movie snack - 8 squares of dollar choc bar (5 pts), 1 bowl(2 cups) (2 pts) - 7 pts

Total of the day 45 pts

Weight Watchers

Posting this mostly for myself. I have decided to do weight watchers to help me lose the baby fat and curb my habit of snacking. Im going to use this blog to log the point totals and what i ate, so i can have it recorded.

Lunch - 1.5 tuna fish(5 with miracle whip, whole can) sandwiches with lettuce(0) on whole wheat bread(4.5) -- total 9

Supper - baked chix thigh (5) 1/2 cup potatoes, boiled(1), 1 tablespoon margerine (2), baked apples with brown sugar, 1/2 cup, (2) -- 10 total

Total for the day - 40

Too high, thankfully have flex points. Shooting for 34, used 6 of 35 extra flex, 29 left
