Posting this mostly for myself. I have decided to do weight watchers to help me lose the baby fat and curb my habit of snacking. Im going to use this blog to log the point totals and what i ate, so i can have it recorded.

Breakfast - 2 eggs(5), 1 sausage patty(6), cup of coffee with 2 tbsp creamer(2) - 13 pts total
Snack - fruit and nut granola bar (3)
Lunch - 1.5 tuna fish(5 with miracle whip, whole can) sandwiches with lettuce(0) on whole wheat bread(4.5) -- total 9
snack - fruit and nut granola bar (3)
Supper - baked chix thigh (5) 1/2 cup potatoes, boiled(1), 1 tablespoon margerine (2), baked apples with brown sugar, 1/2 cup, (2) -- 10 total
Total for the day - 40
Too high, thankfully have flex points. Shooting for 34, used 6 of 35 extra flex, 29 left
